Terms and conditions
1.The contract
The contact between Amazing-Prague and a client arises on basis of confirmed client`s registration form by Amazing-Prague. After confirmation of registration form is Amazing-Prague commited to provide services in agreed extent and quality. Amazing-Prague is reserving the right to change dates listed on www.Amazing-Prague.comAmazing-Prague is commited to provide an accomodation required by client.All records are being delt with immediately. Amazing-Prague is reserving itself the longest term of process of order 24 hours.
2.Conditions of payment
Client is obliged to send true and valid information about his/hercredit card which is going to be used as a gurantee and later used forpaying. Client has following options of payment : Visa, Master card, AMEX orpayment in cash.The payment will take place after client`s arrival and after meetingwith representant of company. Representant of Amazing-Prague is obliged to hand over the keys to theclient, explain him/her the conditions of accomodation and help him/herto find the way to the chosen apartment.
3.Insurance
The contract Amazing-Prague does not contain any insurance. It depends on client to get for example : visa, valid passport or other documents requiered by custums, doctors or others.Amazing-Prague is not responsible for any expense caused by client`s failure.
4.Complaint
All complaint must be reported to the management of Amazing-Prague immediately during client`s stay.Amazing-Prague is not responsible for complaint received from client after their departure.
5.Cancelation
In case that reservation was made and client does not let us knowabout his/her decision to cancel reserved stay 10 days before his/herplanned arrival, we must requiere partial compensation.We cannot be responsible for bad weather, sickness, changes in travel plan or delay. Cancelation fee will be automatically discounted from your credit card.
- Cancelation if reservation more than 10 days before arrival – for free.
- Cancelation of reservation less than 10 days before arrival – charge of 2 nights.
- Bookings for more than 7 nights
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 1 days before arrival: 5 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge
- Bookings for 1 month and more
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 - 0 days before the arrival: 14 nights charge
- top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.
6.Other rights and obligations of client
The client`s rights
Before start of client`s holiday he/she can announce that instead of him/her will come another person. New announcement must contain the confirmation of new client that he/she agrees with terms and conditions of Amazing-Prague
The client is obliged
To provide toAmazing-Prague informations that will be needed for full provision ofservices, especially full, true and legible filling of needed formularsand presenting needed documents / passport, ID for EU citizens / In case of ordering any aditional services from Amazing-Prague thatweren`t listed in reservation formular, client has to announce themalso in written form and pay for them Amazing-Prague according agreedprice. Client has to act according with conditions of Amazing-Prague. In case of breaking conditions of contact we have the right to end up the contract with client. In this case the client looses the right for other services nad the right to get a compensation for non-used services. Client has to pay for the damage that caused to Amazing-Prague.
7.Special provisions
Amazing-Prague has the right in case of some kind of emergency togive another apartementof the same quality, in the same area and forthe same price. When dealing with personal dates of client is Amazing-Prague obligednot to couse to the client any damage on his/her rights, especially onright of mantaining human`s dignity and take care of protection beforenon-authorized intervene in client`s private and personal life.
